Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Savrli Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Savrli Network website, mobile and TV applications, and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Savrli Inc. ("Savrli," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at savrlinetwork.com/privacy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of Service

Savrli Network is a free, ad-supported streaming service and community focused on food and culture content, accessible through our website and applications on supported devices. We may, at our discretion, introduce premium or paid features in the future; if we do, additional terms specific to those features will be presented to you at that time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times, in all locations, or on all devices, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, such as saving favorites, playlists, or subscribing to updates, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when registering;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or its content;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Services, except where permitted by law;
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without our prior written consent;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services or content protection measures; or
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.

6. Community Guidelines

If the Services include comments, forums, or other community features, you agree to treat other users with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory comments based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We do not allow spam, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising within community spaces.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, reviews, photos, videos, or other content to the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content, but you grant Savrli a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

8. Creator Partnerships

Savrli offers content partnership opportunities to creators, including revenue-share and other paid partnership tracks. Details of our current creator programs, payout structure, and eligibility are described at savrli.com/network, which may be updated from time to time.

Any creator who participates in a Savrli partnership program is subject to a separate creator agreement governing content ownership, payment terms, and program-specific obligations. In the event of a conflict between a signed creator agreement and these Terms, the creator agreement controls with respect to that partnership. Questions about creator partnerships can be directed to creators@savrli.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including videos, graphics, logos, text, and software — is owned by Savrli or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written permission.

"Savrli" and the Savrli logo are trademarks of Savrli Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

10. Copyright Infringement Notices (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to hello@savrli.com including:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  2. The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on the Services;
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Third-Party Platforms

The Services may be accessed through third-party platforms and app stores (such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, or Samsung TV Plus). Your use of the Services through these platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of those third parties, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

12. Advertising

The Services are supported by advertising. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may display ads, sponsorships, and other commercial content, including personalized ads based on your usage of the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Communications

By creating an account or subscribing for updates, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails about your account, new content, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, though you may still receive essential service-related communications.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Services and, where applicable, delete your account at any time.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVRLI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savrli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Mediation First. Before either party may initiate arbitration, litigation, or any other formal proceeding relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation. The party raising the dispute must send written notice describing the issue to the other party (Savrli's notice address is hello@savrli.com). The parties will select a mutually agreeable, neutral mediator and share the mediator's fees equally, and will participate in mediation in good faith for up to 60 days from the date of the written notice.

Binding Arbitration. If, and only if, the dispute is not resolved through mediation within that 60-day period, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Arbitration will take place in Delaware (or another mutually agreed location, or by videoconference), and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

No Class Actions. Any mediation or arbitration under this section will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Subject to the mediation and arbitration process above, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware for any matter properly brought in court (such as small claims or injunctive relief).

19. Force Majeure

Savrli will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, government action, pandemic, or failures of our third-party service providers, hosting infrastructure, or content delivery networks (including our streaming platform provider).

20. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Savrli regarding the Services.
